RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- ● The item must be in its original packaging (inner packaging not tampered with).
- ● The product must not be assembled, used, or damaged.
- ● The product and packaging must be in fully resalable condition when received back at our warehouse.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after 30 days, or in heavily used/damaged condition, will not be accepted.

The packing slip or receipt included with your order is not a return label.
No RMA number is required.
COMFYBOS does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is refused or returned to us (“Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days once we receive your package.
If your item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE

- ● If you return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or wrong item received, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- ● If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.

REFUNDS
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our facility. You will be notified by email if your return is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

If we do not receive a report and photo verification within 2 days of delivery, we will assume the order was received in full and will not be able to offer compensation.
